Chief Information Officer

Bob Leek

About I am a technology and operations leader of teams up to 400 people. I have worked for a Fortune 100 health care company, and for two of the largest and most complex county governments in the United States. I have implemented integrated ERP solutions from Workday and SAP, HIPAA and NIST-compliant cybersecurity architectures, and data analytics and visualization solutions. I use my extensive experience from hundreds of successful projects to help every individual and company with what they need, uniquely, so that their diversity can be unleashed to create innovation and make the world a better equitable place for EVERYONE. The value of technology: You know that technology is essential for your business success. You know that you are spending a lot of money on IT. But you probably have some questions: □ Do you know if you are truly getting value from your IT investments? □ Is it difficult to articulate the value of technology in your organization? □ Do you understand how technology contributes to your business outcomes? □ Have your projects ever gone over budget and failed to meet expectations? □ Do you have this nagging feeling that something is wrong with IT in your organization, but you cannot quite put your finger on it? □ Would you like to be able to be able to measure and evaluate performance in your organization and know if it is delivering true business value? There is no doubt that IT is complex, and that IT people seem to speak a different language. However, there is no reason why you should not be able to understand and articulate the value of technology in your organization. The value of inclusion: Everyone at your organization is diverse. Everyone has skills, lived experiences, perspective, and personal values. But do you get the value of that diversity through inclusive leadership practices? □ Do you recognize both great work and continuous learning? □ Does everyone on your team know their, and everyone else’s, accountabilities? □ How is empowerment defined by your team, and do they practice it regularly? □ Is showing courage supported at all levels? □ Do your leaders practice humility? Practicing these behaviors unleashes the innovation of everyone at an individual level for the benefit of your teams and your organization. I can help you identify outcomes and use proven strategies and tactics based on the unique needs of your business and your teams. I help organizations bring technology and operations together to achieve greater business outcomes.
