Robbie McGrath

Robbie has a wide range of experience developed over the last 15 years in Sustainability across several sectors from Corporate Real Estate, Residential Development, and the Electronics and Pharmaceutical industries. Robbie has been the Head of Sustainbility in D/RES Properties since 2021, where he is responsible for driving ESG integration throughout the company. Robbie specialises in Life Cycle Carbon Emissions in the built environment and provides leadership in tackling the climate change impacts of the construction and real estate industry. Robbie has worked for 13 years in Helsinki as a Sustainbility consultant prior to returning to Ireland in 2021. In Finland, Robbie provided expert sustainability services to Institutional investors, multinational financial organisations and REIT’s, to develop ESG strategies and enact business change in assessing climate risk and implementing mitigation actions to provide a roadmap for the transition to a low carbon economy. This included sustainable reporting with GRESB, GRI, TCFD and he is also a  LEED, BREEAM and WELL Accredited Professional.
