Pratiksha Karnawat

A privacy professional with extensive knowledge and experience in information security and data protection, Pratiksha Karnawat is the DPO for Allica Bank. She has held positions of DPO and Information Security officer mainly within the financial services/banking industry, previously, she was the DPO of First Abu Dhabi Bank, London.

She holds an MSc in Management degree and a BSc (hons) in Computer Science. She possesses a multitude of certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, ISO27001 and Prince 2 Practitioner. Pratiksha has worked extensively to implement and validate that effective and robust data protection measures and practices are in place and that the privacy data strategy is aligned with organisational goals and objectives with associated risks managed appropriately.

She has also managed and overseen audits for PCI Certifications. Pratiksha enjoys programming as a hobby and dabbles in various programming languages.
