Louise is currently Strategic Health & Wellbeing Manager for E.ON. E.ON is leading the energy transition, providing smart, sustainable and personalised solutions for customers at home, in business and across entire towns and cities. 

Louise has a strong strategic background with professional skills in operational management, employee engagement, promotion of physical & mental wellbeing, business transformation and change.

Louise is a qualified Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health, with over thirty years’ experience of managing large scale health & wellbeing services across a wide variety of industries including Energy, Retail, Media Broadcasting and Catering.

Throughout her career Louise has gained a reputation for innovation and effectiveness, demonstrating how wellbeing can have strong commercial impact and play a key role in organisational success.

She is a recent recipient of the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Lifetime Commitment to Wellbeing Award & Inside Out Individual Story Teller Award.
