Katie Neck

An experienced change driver, Katie leads clients to develop sustainability strategies at Capgemini Invent; with expertise in climate tech, intelligent innovations and solutions to support sustainable development.

Previously to this at McLaren, Katie spent over 5 years developing McLaren’s sustainability agenda and led R&D and technology partnerships. Prior to this, Katie worked at consulting firm Gartner with global technology brands and emerging start-ups. 

Katie founded social enterprise, Springboard Futures which is committed to closing the green skills gap in an inclusive way. She completed Santander W50 Emerging Leaders Program at the London School of Economics and Political Science and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA Hons. in Business and Management.
