Anne Josephine is a globally-recognized expert in Data, Digital and Technology policy with more than a decade of experience at the frontier of international policy making. Based at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco where she leads the Responsible Data Ecosystems portfolio, she works with leaders and stakeholders worldwide including businesses, governments, academics and civil society organizations to co-design policy frameworks that address the most intractable Data Policy issues of our time including cross-border data flows. Prior to joining the Forum, she worked in the Irish Government and the European Union on EU Digital Single Market policy. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Dublin City University, an Executive MBA from Trinity College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns.
