Rafael Nunez

Rafael has 15+years of experience in global organisations in the UK, Argentina, the Netherlands and Ecuador, where he was born. Currently he is Avon International’s Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Sr. Mgr Risk Management for the socially conscious and iconic Holding that operates 4 beauty brands – Avon, The Body Shop, Natura, and Aesop – that together make up the 4th largest pure-play beauty company in the world, Natura & Co. Natura & Co (NYSE: NTCO) has ~$7 billion in direct-to-consumer, online and retail sales for more than 100 countries and ~44,000 employees. 

Rafael’s personal interests include learning languages (Spanish, English, French and Portuguese), the study of philosophy, particularly ethics, philanthropic work, and, staying active through triathlons.
