Encouraging more women to apply for more technical roles has continued to be a challenge in all sectors. For example, figures show that just 17% of people working in the tech sectors in the UK are female.

Stereotypically, men are more likely to go for a technical role, so there will naturally be more men applying. But are recruiters doing enough to attract women?
