The leadership role of women is being demanded more and more in organizations. In this line, the metrics of the World Economic Forum itself stand out in the White Paper “Measuring Stakeholder Capitalism Towards Common Metrics and Consistent Reporting of Sustainable Value Creation” that point to these guidelines.
