Gender equity is a challenge in all parts of our society. It’s not only a woman issue, it is an issue for men too.

Men often support more gender inclusion and equity in the workplace; however, reports show that they don’t always recognise gender discrimination and harassment in real time.

A study in 2018 revealed that 77% of men didn’t see harassment as a problem yet, 38% of their female colleagues reported experiencing workplace harassment.

This panel will explore the role of men in the workplace and how they can support women in achieving gender parity.
