Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Khushboo is a leading voice in the area and specialises in workplace culture. In addition to this Khushboo champions education and employability skills amongst young people by mentoring and advocating the Cardiff 2030 initiative and the 21st Century Schools Programme, as well as being on the board of Governors at a local collage. In her spare time, Khushboo enjoys spending time with her family, crafting and travelling.
