Danielle Folkersma

Danielle has studied Dutch law in Groningen, the Netherlands. She started her career 11 years ago at Malvern Panalytical’s legal department, and after further specializing in Data Protection, she moved to the organisation’s head office to become Spectris’ Group Privacy Counsel. In this function, with a passion for complicated topics, and with a (perhaps geeky) enthusiasm about new and changing data protection, cyber security, and AI legislation, she is overseeing the Group’s data protection program worldwide, and working closely with the Spectris Group CISO .
