Natalie McManus-Barnett

Natalie is global Chief of Staff for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group Compliance function. Natalie is responsible for driving diversity and inclusion across a department of 1,100 compliance officers, as well as leading multiple global specialist projects including on sustainable finance compliance and trade sanctions. Natalie has worked in multiple specialist regulatory and compliance roles, including covering investment research and client assets, and in prior roles has built and refined compliance monitoring, emerging risk and enterprise risk management frameworks. Natalie is a Fellow of the ACCA, with degrees in Law (GDL, BPP University), Politics, Philosophy and Economics (University of Oxford) and Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University).
