Lucy Hutchinson is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at Wise, the global technology company building the best way to move money around the world. Like all things, Wise believes people work best without borders, and Lucy drives Wise’s strategy to achieve this. Lucy’s work ranges from recruiting, developing, and advancing a diverse team, to fostering an inclusive workplace. Prior to Wise, Lucy was championing DE&I in the legal sector, focusing on building social mobility graduate programmes and putting frameworks in place to ensure everyone can reach their full potential.
