Charlene Laidley

Charlene Laidley is an entrepreneur for the education and empowerment of women and girls. She believes that every woman and girl, regardless of ethnicity or social class, should fulfil their highest potential. Charlene is the founder of  FutureProof: Creating a Gender Equal World™ which helps global organisations address their gender pay gap. She is a UN Woman Global Champion for Change and is one of London Tech Week’s 30 ChangeMakers to Watch. Her clients include LVMH, Burberry, Unilever and the Mayor of London. Charlene completed her studies in Gender Diversity at INSEAD, and her studies in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge University.
