Tilly Heald is Chief Governance & Compliance Officer and Company Secretary for YouGov plc, the international online research and data analytics group. She has been with YouGov since 2010, initially as Executive Assistant before taking on the role of Company Secretary and eventually setting up the Governance Department which now includes the legal, data privacy, compliance and secretariat teams.
Previously, she worked in the media industry in the UK and Australia. Tilly holds a BA (Hons) and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
