Luca Egitto is Partner at RP Legal & Tax. He is an expert in intellectual and industrial property, IT, data privacy and commercial law.
Luca advises clients operating in the entertainment, sport, IT and e-commerce business. His main focuses are technology, branding, anti-counterfeiting and personal data protection.
He lectures at the Istituto Tecnico Superiore per le Tecnologie dell’Informazione in Turin and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and he is a research fellow at the Information Society Law Center of the University of Milan (UNIMI):

A member of the International Trademark Association, he is part of the Anti Counterfeit Committee of INTA, where he deals with blockchain anti-counterfeiting applications.
