Hitesh Bansal

Hitesh has over 18 years’ experience in the cybersecurity & risk services domain, a master’s degree in Business Administration and an engineering degree in Information Science. He has been with Wipro for over 16 years during which he has worked in consultancy and business leadership roles, gaining multi domain & industry expertise across clients based in UK, USA, Canada, Asia and Australia. He is currently based in London and heads Cybersecurity and Risk Services for Wipro UK & Ireland.

Hitesh is a seasoned professional in providing audit and advisory services, specialising in GRC, identity & access management, IT / cybersecurity, information risk management, digital risk and cloud computing. He is well versed with the regulatory and compliance requirements of SOX, FFIEC, GLBA, ISO 27k, ISMS, CoBIT, HIPAA, GDPR and EU Privacy Directives, amongst others. Hitesh has also authored an award-winning paper on Global Privacy Compliance.

In his spare time, Hitesh can be found spending time on his passion about making a difference to the lives of less privileged - young and elderly. He also likes playing Badminton and is an avid football fan.
