Efrain Castaneda Mogollon serves as a Privacy Counsel at OneTrust – the #1 most widely used privacy, security and trust technology platform.

In his role, Efrain maps different data protection laws across the globe, outlining privacy compliance requirements intended to help a wide spectrum of public and private organisations.

Efrain is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and earned a Law degree (J.D.) from Mexico and an MPhil with accent on regulation of emerging technologies, from Tilburg University School of Law in the Netherlands.
