My personal calling is to serve in a way that improves the lives of those around me and leaves the world a little better than I found it. Today, I have the privilege of helping lead Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP). MRP is the parent company to a group of leading global talent solution providers: Motion Recruitment, Matrix Resources, Sevenstep and The Goal. The MRP companies help businesses achieve breakthrough talent acquisition outcomes through a unique team-based approach, deep and proven marketplace expertise, and a relentless focus on partnership. Prior to Motion Recruitment Partners, I led technology at EmployBridge, a leading provider of technology-enabled, light industrial workforce solutions. I helped grow EmployBridge from $300M to $4B. That explosive growth provides a wealth of experience, navigating disruption, complex digital transformation and dynamic organizational change. Prior to my role at EmployBridge, I was a management consultant helping companies across a variety of industries. At Slalom Consulting, I helped companies with strategy, program management and turnarounds, passionately helping them be happy with their technology. At Technisource (now Randstad Technologies) I led information & technology due diligence and assessments for private equity investors. I graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas TX with a double major in Economics and Engineering Management, Information & Systems.
