Chief Compliance Officer, TAAL
Delphine Forma is an experienced compliance officer who worked across different countries and industries including large banks in the U.K. such as Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ and HSBC Bank plc., and blockchain/crypto businesses in Switzerland. She holds a diploma from Sciences Po Lyon, and two master’s degrees specialized in European Criminal Business Law and Frauds and Money Laundering Prevention. Delphine is a Board member of the OpenVASP Association (a non-profit association formed to develop a protocol and standards to allow virtual assets providers and others to comply with the Financial Action Task Force’s “travel rule” requiring identifying information for parties involved in transfer of Digital Assets) and has served has a Board Member of the Crypto Valley Association. She is now Chief Compliance Officer of TAAL. Delphine is passionate about crypto and all blockchain things, she also co-host a news channel on clubhouse (every Wednesday at 6pm CET).
