Michael Whitbread

Michael Whitbread is Senior Legal Counsel covering AI brands Affinda https://www.affinda.com/ and Draftable https://www.draftable.com/. He has advised on privacy issues since before the commencement of the GDPR, holding progressively more expansive and global roles.

He came to privacy with a background of 10 years as an employment and discrimination lawyer in Australia and across the British Isles. In addition to his ‘day job’, Michael is currently Chair of the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal in Guernsey, Channel Islands, during an important time of discrimination law reform in the jurisdiction.
