Alexis Pelletreau

Alexis Pelletreau is an in-house counsel at Nissan HQ for AMI, Europe and Oceania Region, with a strong expertise in New Technologies, Digital Laws and Data Protection. He advises many business functions at pan-European level, using customer and user centric approach, and strategic thinking. In his scope, Alexis is also responsible for procurement activities support (including Sales & Marketing, After Sales, Brand and Customer Experience, HR & General Affairs, and Cybersecurity). 

In addition to his legal background, Alexis also worked at Havas Group as a Communication Advisor – advising various companies on their corporate and crisis communication, legal and litigation communication, and public affairs.

Alexis holds a Master Degree in Business Law and White Collar Crimes, and an MBA in Risk Compliance and Control.
