Sacha has been a chief executive for over 20 years, in organisations operating in complex environments, including chief executive of Amnesty for the last five years, and before that CEO of UNICEF UK, Smart Energy GB, Executive Director of the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman and Senior Partner at the Engine Group.

He has also been a non-executive on several boards, including the UK Fundraising Regulator, and Chair of international emergency aid NGO War Child and Vice Chair of Citizens Advice England & Wales.
