Rafael Nunez is Head of International Internal Audit for the socially conscious Natura and Co. Holding, named by Ethisphere as one of the world’s most ethical companies and one of the pioneers on sustainability matters worldwide, spearheading the conservation of the Amazonia.

Currently, NTCO focuses its operations on Direct Selling through Natura & Avon, with presence in over 53 countries, and through ~5Million representatives, whilst expanding its omni-channel strategy, to increase its reach and philanthropic purposes across the Globe.

Rafael is also a trustee at Sport in Mind, a charity that helps people with mental health conditions through sports.
