Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) — Risk Culture, AI Governance & Org. Resilience at Swiss School of Business and Management

Marc Pharoah is a risk management professional specialising in AI applications for enterprise governance. Currently completing his Doctorate in Business Administration (2024-2026) at the Swiss School of Business Management, his research focuses on risk culture and governance, producing behavioural diagnostics on escalation friction, challenge viability, and cultural entropy.

Marc’s doctoral work applies AI techniques to practical risk challenges, combined with an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School and extensive experience across Swiss Re, Euroclear, and Zurich Insurance. Marc combines enterprise transformation leadership with generative AI and LLM-based solution design. His DBA research addresses risk entropy through AI techniques, helping organisations distinguish risk maturity from symbolic compliance while enabling real-time operational improvements and regulatory alignment. A conference speaker (RiskMinds, IBM) and contributor to Starling Trust articles, Marc champions risk cultures where technology and human insight converge to surface critical concerns effectively.
