Kam Karaji is a global cyber security and risk leader responsible for safeguarding some of the world’s most high-profile sporting events across international venues. As Director of Cyber Security & Risk Management for the NFL International Series, he leads the convergence of cyber and physical security, protecting stadiums, executive operations, broadcast infrastructure, and digital ecosystems against evolving threats.
A former Police Officer and operational commander with over a decade in law enforcement, Kam brings frontline experience in firearms instruction, counter-terrorism, and national security operations — including work alongside the National Crime Agency. His career bridges intelligence-led policing and executive-level cyber governance, enabling him to translate complex technical risk into strategic board-level decisions.
Recognised internationally for his leadership in cyber resilience, Kam is a keynote speaker and advocate for human-centric security, emphasising that culture, behaviour, and leadership remain the decisive factors in preventing breaches and strengthening organisational trust.
