Jill Heinze is an AI Trust Architect and founder of Saddle-Stitch Consulting, where she helps organizations harness technology’s potential using responsible, humane, and ethical methods. With two decades of experience, she translates user needs into products that solve important problems for people. For twelve years, she built responsible digital solutions for nationally recognized brands through academic institutions and digital product agencies. She specializes in responsible AI strategies that move beyond compliance to achieve genuine trustworthiness and positive outcomes. As Research Director and Lead of the Data and AI Research team at a major consultancy, she built a responsible AI evaluation framework enabling Fortune 500 clients in high-stakes industries to pilot generative AI with confidence. She also founded the consultancy’s first executive AI governance committee and shaped foundational AI policies. She serves as Responsible AI Program Director for the American College of Financial Services’ Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services, is a member of the AI Leadership Institute, and hosts Responsible Tech Talks, a LinkedIn Live series spotlighting technologists working to make tech more humane.
