Eni Xhaferaj is a physical security and operational resilience expert with over 20 years of experience across critical infrastructure, government, and high-risk operational environments. His work focuses on keeping operations running or limiting impact when systems, controls, or assumptions fail, particularly at the intersection of physical security, cyber dependency, and human decision-making under stress.

Eni has led and advised on resilience, physical security, and business continuity architectures across complex civilian, industrial, and government facilities, with a strong emphasis on real-world failure modes rather than compliance-only models. He currently works on modeling resilience and risk concepts spanning through mobility industry globally and terrestrial and space-adjacent infrastructure, including aerospace and emerging space-domain security considerations.
