Cha’Von (CJ) Clarke-Joell

Cha’Von (CJ) Clarke-Joell is the Founder and CEO of CKC Cares Group and Co-Founder and Chief Disruption Officer at The TLC Group of Companies. She is an AI Psychology and human-centred AI governance specialist whose work focuses on the relationship between people and intelligent systems. Through CKC Cares, she advises organisations, governments and senior leaders on the human dimensions of artificial intelligence, digital resilience, governance and emerging technologies.

She is the author of The Digital Polycrisis and creator of frameworks including Human Scaffolding, the Zone of Disrupted Identity (ZDI), Capability Drift and the Human Behaviour Layer.

Cha’Von serves as an assessor for the London School of Economics’ executive programme, AI: Law, Policy and Governance, and is a Lecturer at BPP University, where she teaches modules including Digital Business and Emerging Technologies.

Her work spans governance, education, policy and leadership, with a particular focus on helping people and institutions confidently manage technological change while protecting human dignity, capability and agency.
