Anupama Hatti

Anupama Hatti is Head of Programme Delivery (Digital, Data & Technology Services) at NHS Blood and Transplant, where she leads large-scale digital transformation across life-critical systems. With over 23 years’ experience across telecom, healthcare, defence/aerospace sectors, she specialises in delivering complex, regulated transformation with a strong focus on governance, ethics, inclusion and resilience. Anupama is also Co-Chair of the NHSBT Women’s Network and a passionate advocate for responsible technology and women in STEM.
