Mr. Fisher has held senior leadership positions in Healthcare, developing and leading high performing teams to support innovative healthcare IT change. His past responsibilities have included CIO of multi-hospital organizations, CTO of multi-hospital academic organization, formation of Oklahoma City HIE, IT Strategic Planning, Clinical Engineering, agile/resilient EHR infrastructures, Big Data analytics development and innovative healthcare IT solutions. Mr. Fisher is well versed in selection, implementation and management of EHR solutions (McKesson, Meditech, Cerner and Epic).
