VP of Special People Programs, EPAM
Kate Pretkel is the Head of Leadership Development, DE&I and ESG Programs at EPAM. This latest role follows a long period of leading HR team on both local and regional levels, while being responsible for designing the company’s internal programs and strategies and acting as the product lead for some of the tools which now EPAM uses internally. Kate joined EPAM in 2012, climbed the executive ladder to the top with a background in computer programming, web design, and computer graphics having no prior experience in people management. Now she focuses on maintaining strategy and achieving corporate goals in ESG and DE&I as well as driving leadership promotion and development initiatives
