APAC Data Privacy: Accountability, Risk and Governance

Data privacy laws in the Asia-Pacific region continue to evolve, and continue to create challenges in how organisations can respond to change. The panel session will look at how legislation has evolved within the region and how different countries take contrasting approaches to accountability.

The panel will explore how a ‘risk-based approach’ works in mitigating a breach, drawing on recent case studies and looking at best practice in implementing data privacy measures.
