The winner of this award will be a senior and influential industry figure who leads a risk team or mentors individuals—and who takes the time to show fledging risk professionals the ropes to ensure those coming through the ranks are prepared for the future.

Judges will look for a senior risk leader who listens to stakeholders at all levels of the business, helps their organisation navigate a wide variety of risks, and inspires others to enter the sector.
