Holding certifications in International Financial Report (CertIFR) and Non-Profit Accounting Professional (CNAP) as well as a Specialized High Studies Diploma in Feasibility Studies and in Public Finance. Bring over 24 years of experience in my role.

My experience includes crafting organizational regulations, policies, and procedures, with a focus on accounting, budgeting, financial modeling, analysis and reporting. I currently service as Finance & Compliance Manager at Anera Lebanon branch, where I play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to policies, laws and regulations while mitigating risks.

In my capacity as Compliance Manager, responsibilities include:

• Facilitating compliance with policies, laws and regulations, while managing risks.
• Providing support to Anera in critical areas such as Compliance Risk monitoring and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with Anera’s intenal policies, procedures, and donor regulations.
• Overseeing all financial and compliance functions within programs, including accounting, payments, banking, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, grants financial management, and adherence to donor rules.
