I understand that different approaches work in different environments and that no project is ever the same – therefore it’s important to take all learnt skills and blend them together to suit the specific problem faced by the team.

I have worked in numerous industries alongside a variety of different cultures throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, North America and Sub-Saharan Africa, and no matter where the work is based, I know it is all about people. Very often the technical parts are easy – the hard part is getting everyone on board, and then once on board, keeping them energised. My affable, professional personality helps this process and allows me to get things done.
