This follows a period of public-sector consultancy since January 2015 focused on risk and operations, and 18 years of swift progression in the Royal Air Force concluding in an aviation safety management role.  Expertise in risk and project management, with a proven track record of identifying organisational problems and delivering solutions to senior board level.
