Lauren de Thibault

Lauren is Risk Director at BT Group, responsible for overseeing risk and control across the Digital, Consumer, Business, Enterprise, and International units.

With a background in telecoms and regulatory law, she brings deep expertise in governance, assurance, and compliance strategy.

Prior to BT, Lauren held senior roles in legal, risk and compliance at Vodafone and began her career as a solicitor at Slaughter and May.
