Florian Pouchet

Florian Pouchet leads the Cybersecurity and Operational Resilience unit for Wavestone UK, providing oversight across a number of cybersecurity strategies, remediation programmes, crisis management exercises and recovery planning.

Throughout the 20 years in management consulting, Florian has developed a broad set of soft and technical skills, fronting business development activities, building and leading teams to deliver high quality advisory services in the cybersecurity and operational resilience space.

Florian is also active in the community, as an SME fellow of SPRITE+, member of Defence and Security Innovation Ecosystem and mentor cybersecurity start-ups, areas he has been involved in since 2016.
