Ashley Fleming

Ashley Fleming is Global Head of Risk at Diageo, where she leads the Group’s approach to enterprise risk management, including Principal Risks, risk governance and external reporting.

Ashley has spent more than 20 years with Diageo in a wide range of global and operational roles spanning risk, business integrity, supply chain, sustainability and manufacturing. Having spent much of her career working in and alongside the business, she is passionate about making risk management practical, relevant and genuinely useful.

She particularly enjoys simplifying complex issues, challenging established ways of working and helping businesses use risk management to support better decisions - rather than simply creating more process.
