Head of Compliance & ESG, Portik Group (Odevo Group)
I help organisations turn regulation, sustainability and risk into strategic advantage, turning early regulatory signals into board-ready decisions before they become a cost, a sanction, a reputational risk or an operational block.
15+ years advising C-suites, boards and international organisations across Europe and Latin America, combining ESG, GRC, regulatory affairs, corporate governance and compliance. My path in governance and social impact started in 2009, when I was selected as the sole Spanish delegate to the UNESCO G8 University Students’ Summit on sustainable development and culture of peace.
Primary role: Head of Compliance & ESG at Portik Group (Odevo Group), leading cross-border Compliance and ESG frameworks across 4 markets and 9 group entities, reporting to executive leadership.
Concurrent, part-time: Founder of coexist, ESG Impulsa S.L., a selective ESG advisory practice with clients including Siemens. Senior Advisor at The ESG Institute and Advisory Board Member at the Global ESG Leadership Organization.
Deep expertise in CSRD/ESRS, SFDR, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, EUDR, ISSB, TCFD, TNFD, climate risk, SEC Climate Disclosure, AML/ABC/KYC, sanctions compliance, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, ISO 27001 and enterprise risk management. Previously Director, ESG & Sustainability at Capgemini Spain, across Consulting, Engineering, Invent, Data and Apps; and Teaching and Academic Excellence & ESG Director at ESADE Business School’s Executive Education.
What sets my profile apart is the combination of regulatory depth, business transformation, legal-compliance judgement and cross-border governance experience, built both from inside an organisation and advising others from outside it, and grounded in direct experience with regulators themselves (European Parliament) and public affairs (Acento).
