international data security frameworks. An accomplished professional in his field, he has been recognised twice as the best Compliance Officer by the reputable Ukrainian legal publisher “Yuridicheskaya Practica”. Stanislav currently serves as the Head of Privacy & Data Protection at Nova Global Group and also heads the Data Privacy Committee of the International Advisers Association, demonstrating his leadership in the professional community.

With extensive experience as the Head of Compliance & Data Protection for multinational companies and as a lecturer for the Laba Group and Legal High School, Stanislav specialises in building and implementing comprehensive data protection and ethical AI frameworks from the ground up. His practical expertise includes conducting full-scale compliance audits, developing and implementing risk assessment matrices, drafting corporate policies, and automating data subject request processes. He has provided high-quality data protection services to a diverse range of industries, including technology, aviation, fintech, and healthcare.
