Experienced Operational Resilience and Business Continuity (SME) expert with more than 15 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, security governance and information risk management. My expertise and passion spans IT and cyber resilience, business and ICT continuity, and crisis management where I have developed and implemented comprehensive resilience frameworks. These frameworks are carefully aligned with global ISO standards and utilize the best practices of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI) to ensure robust, certified business continuity management systems.
