A Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Internet Law and Policy, Ito is conducting her doctoral research in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Legacy.

She is an internationally regarded privacy authority, with deep practical knowledge of multi-jurisdictional data protection laws including the UK and EU GDPR, CCPA, NDPA, PDPL and HIPAA.

Throughout her career, Ito has shaped global compliance strategies and delivered highly effective solutions for process optimisation, policy design, and risk reduction. Her strong technical acumen and leadership in designing and deploying governance frameworks have enabled numerous organisations to achieve business efficiency while maintaining robust regulatory alignment.

As CEO of ALLNET Law, Ito advises major international organisations as a Data Protection Consultant, Group Data Protection Officer, and EU Representative. She also serves as an Independent Conformity Assessment Advisor for the Age Check Certification Scheme (ACCS)—the first UK-accredited body to offer GDPR-approved certification for organisations under the Age-Appropriate Design Code (AADC).
