Gayle Sparkes

Gayle is a global financial services leader with expertise in regulatory compliance, culture, conduct risk, non-financial risk management and organisational change.

She has deep industry and regulatory experience.

She was the Global Head of Conduct Risk Management at Citi. Prior to this, she spent 15 years in advisory practice at EY and PWC, with her early career spent as a Regulator.

Her work had enabled teams to address global, complex transformational and regulatory change needs.

She is passionate about the role of conduct and culture within organisations, shining a light on the important of doing the right thing and the exponential benefits this can create including commercial growth, operational resiliency, sustainable business models and stakeholder engagement. She has an MBA from Bayes Business School.
