Suzanne is a Strategic ICT, AI, and Operational Risk Leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital operational resilience across Tier 1 banks, fintechs, and global financial institutions. She specialises in risk governance, AI risk frameworks, resilience testing, and regulatory alignment with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), UK Operational Resilience, and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, amongst others.

She has held senior roles at Charles Stanley / Raymond James Wealth Management, Citibank, Revolut, and Nomura International Plc, providing credible second-line challenge and delivering Board-level insights to strengthen risk and resilience strategies.

Suzanne holds a First Class Degree in Business Information Technology from Queen’s University Belfast and multiple professional and executive education credentials in AI governance, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
