Rafael has 17+years of experience in global organizations in the UK, Argentina, the Netherlands and Ecuador, where he was born. Rafael has a successful track record in contextualizing business threats as part of risk management, internal and external audit, business transformation and financial analysis. Currently he is Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management for Avon Cosmetics, an iconic multi-channel beauty brand with presence in over 30 countries in the world.

• Master of Science – International Accounting (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina)

Rafael’s personal interests include languages (Spanish, English, French and Portuguese), the study of philosophy, particularly ethics, philanthropic and charitable work, and, sports, especially triathlons. He has been a Board member and trustee for different charities in the UK.
