Francesca is an Associate Director in the UK Consulting team at CBRE, bringing 8 years of experience in corporate real estate. She leads the development and delivery of human-centred experience projects within the Human Capital proposition. Francesca’s approach is rooted in her expertise in experience design and her MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, providing her with a unique perspective on the critical link between the workplace, employee wellbeing, and organisational success.

Francesca’s background in design thinking enables her to inspire innovation and deliver projects with a unique perspective. She is currently leading the development of CBRE’s experience measurement consultancy services, which focuses on helping organisations measure and enhance their workplace environments on an ongoing basis, with a specific focus on employee health and wellbeing.

In addition to her project work, Francesca collaborates with the research team on thought leadership initiatives, contributing valuable insights on inclusive design and the impact of hybrid working on productivity and employee wellbeing.
