Ashish Ranjan Jha studied Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee (India), Computer Science from EPFL (Switzerland) and MBA from Quantic School of Business (Washington). He has received distinction in all 3 of his degrees.

6 countries, 5 startups & 2 unicorns later, Ashish has developed Tractable’s automotive language model, built Revolut’s automated KYC platform onboarding 40K+ daily customers from 70+ countries, led fraud detection teams saving £50mn+ in FinCrime losses, authored 4 published books on AI - ranging from PyTorch to Fraud Detection, and advised a drone-tech startup from 0 to pre series-A. He is currently Co-Founder and CEO at Nativ - an AI localization startup backed by a16z Speedrun.
